Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. They also had siblings who played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha has played sports in the past including basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha won her pro card when she won her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in the year 2008 but started competing since the year 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ranked 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally was the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in 2020 when she held the 4th place. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
